I am Hakiim Herring, known as “Your Real Estate Partner.” With over two decades of experience in the Commercial, Residential, and Creative Real Estate industry, I have garnered accolades as an award-winning Real Estate Broker, Author, Investor, Entrepreneur, and Mentor. My journey has been marked by determination, integrity, and strategic mentorship, earning me a reputation as a seasoned leader in the field.

Originating from a small town in upstate New York I relocated to Atlanta, GA, I transitioned from a successful corporate career at SunTrust Bank to betting on myself and diving into Real Estate. Despite facing challenges during the 2008 market crash, I emerged stronger, obtaining my broker license and founding The Herring Group Realty. Specializing in wholesaling real estate and owning an international vacation rental business, I have successfully navigated the industry’s highs and lows.

As a collaborative leader, I prioritize achieving superior team performance through consensus-building and commitment to corporate goals. My value-driven approach captures value across the entire value chain, emphasizing continuous improvement. I excel as a negotiator, consistently finding win/win solutions in complex real estate deals. A strategic thinker, I initiate broad-based plans for growth and sustained performance.

Leader of Wealth Partners within the Wealthy Group, I’ve facilitated real estate transactions totaling over $500 million in the past 20 years. In addition to my professional success, I actively contribute to my community as a volunteer with Hands-On Atlanta and the Hosea “Feed the Hungry” Campaign. I’m also proud to be a member of the World Environmental Organization, a public speaker with Toastmasters International, and a member of the Young Bucks Atlanta organization and the Atlanta Black Chamber of Commerce.

My commitment to ongoing professional development is evident through my pursuit of a BBA in Managerial Studies at Georgia State University and various certifications, including a Real Estate license from the State of Georgia and a Property and Casualty Insurance License State of Georgia. My extensive skill set encompasses contract negotiation, market analysis, team leadership, and legal compliance, among others.
